Oh yes, that’s wise advice.

I know that feeling - when you’ve spent so much time studying the charts and metrics, but no clear entry shows up.

And still, you’re tempted to jump in, afraid of missing out or feeling like all that time will be wasted if you don’t act.

This is so agreeable.

Yes we are all in a rat race where we have to keep proving all time .

So it is necessary to take a stop ✋🏻 or pause at some time 😌

Exactly - pauses are so important. If we don’t stop, we end up squeezing out the peel - and that’s a different taste, and a kind of effort that’s much harder to recover from 😞
