Such a simple yet effective play book to make lasting change.
You are right — shifts don’t need big moves (sometimes they do), but rather everyday micro shifts that make a whole of a difference.
What you’ve shared here is something I’ve been practicing from quite a while now, and can say from experience — they work wonders when done consistently.
All it needs is a step to show up — not for anyone else, but YOURSELF.
I love this and thank you for sharing these 7 tips! I am actively working on step 4, but I’m going to try and incorporate all of your steps.
Thank you, Stephanie - I’m really glad to hear these steps are helpful!🤗
Step 4 can definitely feel tricky at first.
What helps me is a simple swap: I think about what meaningful or wanted thing I can add in place of what I’m saying no to.
It’s like clearing a shelf of what’s not needed and making room for what truly is.
I loved all 7 tips such a reminder that big shifts don’t always come from grand plans, but from the small, consistent moves we choose daily.✨
Exactly - small steady steps often change more than big plans ever could ⚡️
Hey
Nice to read all the 7 tips to be followed on a daily basis.
Small n minor things or acts do matter a lot indeed👍🏻
Nice 👍🏻
Thanks a lot - small things really do make a big difference! ✨

Thank you for the kind words, Janki! 💚
I can really feel that in your posts and in the energy you share.
You’re right - these steps aren’t new or unique, but so many of us need reminders and encouragement to actually follow them.
It’s wonderful when people can find support and grounding in what we write.
And who knows - maybe those small steps we share will help someone take their next big one 💫
YESSSSS to that Eugene. I love the hope and idea of these small steps becoming someone else’s big moves and shifts.
The energy here is so uplifting. Let’s keeping moving and making waves 💛
Absolutely, Janki!💫
Let’s keep moving forward - each at our own pace, in ways that lift both ourselves and others ♻️
